In search of partners in music Steve made contacts at the Conservatory of Amsterdam, where Nare Papyan and Elena Vyaznikova are currently a Bachelor and Master student respectively. The three musicians in the Trio Papyan all come from a traditional Russian musical milieu, which is currently threatened to be lost. In June 2010 Steve Kramer moved to Philadelphia in the U.S., where he started a career in the orchestra and Nare and Elena started working with different Cellists until they met with Hiroki Kadowaki. Trio Papyan played for the foundation "muziek in huis" and performed in more than 40 concerts all over the Netherlands. The Trio had coachings from Frans van Ruth and Willem Brons and is curently preparing two new programmes to inspire themselves and hopefully their public too. |
